Each official will enter their schedule into the system, which takes just a few minutes. Once the officials' schedules have been entered, all matches/games will be directly linked to each of the participating schools. Officials are able to manage their schedules for all of the sports which they are licensed in one easy location.

Officials-Manage Availability
Officials may select which dates they are available to work, and which ones they are not, from an simple checklist. By checking off the dates which they have other plans, or simply do not want to work, each official controls his/her own work schedule. This feature is invaluable in reducing search time for school adminstrators and conference commissioners when they are looking for officials to work.

Officials-Rankings Summary
Each official will be able to view all of the schools that ranked him/her throughout the year. The official will not see the actual ranking, only the school that performed the ranking. Officials will also see their average ranking, as well as the state average. Coaches have a few weeks after the season ends to finish their rankings, at which time, the averages will be posted. All rankings are archived in the RefRanking system indefinitely, for future reference by officials and coaches.

When school and conference administrators search the site for available officials, only the officials that have agreed to work those levels of competition will be shown.
